Deposition Reports. Full text search software gives you not only the capability to locate specific words and phrases within an ASCII document, but there are valuable reports one can prepare using full text software.

Once a document has been converted for use within a full text program, it can be coded for reports. The reports traditionally associated with a deposition summary are:

• Witness/Issue Summary;
• Issue Category Summary;
• Vocabulary.

In addition to these reports, there are a number of other reports that a full text program can generate that will be described in the next section.
